Caroline chairs the federal bodies of the FNEEQ (e.g. Congress, federal Council) and coordinates the work of the three regroupements (CEGEP, universities and private institutions). She is responsible for the federal committee on Insurance and Pension (CFARR). She represents the Federation on different boards, such as the Institut de coopération pour l’éducation des adultes (Institute for Cooperation and Adult Education – ICEA).

Caroline Quesnel is a teacher of literature at Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf. She was elected Vice-President at the 30th Congress, in June 2012. Following the election of Caroline Senneville as Vice-President of the CSN, she assumed the presidency until the Federal Council in fall 2017 .

As Secretary General, Jean oversees the enforcement of decisions and mandates given by the different bodies of the Federation. Personnel management and operation services are under his jurisdiction. He is also responsible for the budget, and is in charge of the committee on Environment and the committee monitoring finances. Communication is under his responsabilities, among others, the magazine CARNETS and the Federation Web site.

Jean Murdock is a professor of political science at Cégep de Jonquière. He was elected at the 30th Congress of the Federation, in June 2012.

Nicole is in charge of policy for the Regroupement cégep and also heads up the International Action Committee. After serving on the CEGEP Bargaining and Mobilization Committee in fall 2009, she pursued her involvement with FNEEQ as an active member on release for committee work, as provided for under the collective agreement. In December 2013, she was elected coordinator of the Regroupement cégep and has assumed the position of acting vice-president since February 2014.

Nicole has been teaching physics at Cégep de Maisonneuve since 1997, after having taught at various other colleges in the system since 1984. She was elected vice-president of the Federal Council in December 2014.

Sylvain is responsible for the Regroupement université. He has also the responsibility of the committee on Precarity, Renewal and Union life, as well as the School and Society committee. He sits on the Working Group on Education of the CSN. He represents the Federation at the Table des partenaires universitaires, the Table de concertation sur la formation des adultes and COCAL.

Sylvain Marois is a lecturer in the Department of Literature at the Université Laval. He was elected at the 30th Congress, in June 2012.

Caroline is responsible for the regroupement of private institutions. She is responsible for the Women’s committee and the committee on Health and Safety. She also oversees training issues.
